CRITICAL EVENT FOR LAND AND PROPERTY OWNERS ~ MONDAY, JULY 18

Margaret Byfield from American Stewards of Liberty will share critically important information with us about the Biden Administration’s agreement to implement an internationally coordinated land grab ~ the 30×30 Plan, rebranded for marketing purposes as America the Beautiful, the plan to federalize 30% of the country (land and water) by 2030, “preserving” that land in “its natural state” with the excuses of “species protection” and “climate change.” Please be aware (Beware!) that the list of species to be protected will almost certainly be increasingly broadened. These “environmental” advocates would also like to regulate every pond and puddle.

How did this plan come about? It officially “launched” with Executive Order 14008, “Tackling the Climate Crisis at Home and Abroad” (86 Fed. Reg. 7,619), signed January 27, 2021. That would have been right after our new “President” took office. Obviously this agenda was nested in the top of the Great Reset wish list, in the torpedo tube, ready to fire.

This coalition of bureaucrats, climate “believers,” Communist politicians, globalists, and transhumanists want to expand this plan to 50×50, then even more. Actually, they want it all ~ all our land and resources. They hate private property, and they hate ranchers and farmers, according to those who have personally fought this war.

The true environmentalists are those who carefully steward their own property, improving their land for the benefit of those who will inherit it.

Do you think the federal government should federalize almost 1/3 of America? Should landowners be cleverly enticed into “conservation easements” with permanent contracts that severely restrict usage on their property and hamstring heirs? Landowners must get educated and remain vigilant. Margaret Byfield is coming from Georgetown, Texas, to equip us with the education we need.

BYFIELD KNOWS CATTLE RAISING AND FEDERAL HARASSMENT FIRST HAND

Margaret Byfield was born into a family who, in 1978, purchased a large cow-calf operation in central Nevada where it takes a lot of acres to feed a cow. She grew up on a horse where daily rides averaged 25 miles. In an interview with Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts, Byfield explains that…

the Forest Service in particular, and later the Bureau of Land Management, both were very interested in removing us from the land, and this is pretty typical.

For example, Margaret’s family was harassed for one missing staple in 25 miles of fencing. That’s what happens when the government gets into your business.

Water was especially an issue as the ranching family owned the rights to the water that flowed from federal lands through their private property and gravity flowed to Los Angeles and Las Vegas. There was real pressure to get control of the water. Listen to The Nebraska Way interview here.

Margaret’s family founded Stewards of the Range in 1992 to support their Fifth Amendment takings case, Hage v. United States, the first federal lands grazing case filed in the United States Court of Federal Claims. The case was in litigation for 27 years.

MARRIAGE, SAVING TEXAS, & AMERICAN STEWARDS OF LIBERTY

In Texas, Dan Byfield served as CEO of the American Land Foundation from 1994 to 2009, when he and Margaret merged the two entities into American Stewards of Liberty, a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization. We have the Byfields to thank for stopping the insane Trans-Texas Corridor plan, which we can now see was a big play by China, a horrific monstrosity of multiple “corridors” that would have destroyed Texas as we know it.

We stopped the Trans-Texas Corridor that would have taken 500,000 acres from private landowners in Texas alone. This international highway was designed to connect Chinese ports in Mexico to Canada, moving through the center of America. We established the first 391 Planning Commissions in Texas and helped them stop this internationally-funded project.

RECENT NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON 30X30

In American Stewards’ recent national summit on the 30×30 agenda, James Taylor of the Heartland Institute documented the sham that is “Global Warming,” the tactic of tyranny used by the globalists to implement their takeover agenda. Watch the presentation here and learn about the Climate At A Glance guide aimed at bringing the real facts to school science classes.

James Taylor, President, Heartland Institute

“Locking up the American people’s land under the guise of fighting global warming is nonsensical, counter-productive, and an assault on rural America. This great land can remain free only if the people themselves own the vast majority of the land. With government control of our lands comes government oppression. Moreover, the American people themselves, rather than government, are the best caretakers of their land. When government gets involved, neglect, corruption, and mismanagement invariably follow.”

How much in lives and property has the extreme environmentalist “benign neglect” agenda cost our Western states in out-of-control forest fires?

EDUCATION, ACTION, & VIGILANCE

This is not one event. This is an ongoing war against a destructive and wrongheaded agenda. We have to stand up, show up, learn, and take action, while remaining ever vigilant to protect our private property, for ourselves and our families today, and for generations to come. Join us. Thank and support Margaret and Dan. They are fighting for all of us.
